To carry out general coordination of the decentralisation reform implementation, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, in close cooperation with donor organisations, established the Central Reform Office. At the same time, MinRegion initiated the establishment of the Project Office of Sectoral Decentralisation (POSD), an independent non-governmental structure funded by donors and empowered by MinRegion to coordinate the formation of sectoral decentralisation policies in the relevant ministries and departments.
The competition is announced for the following positions:
A candidate has to be registered as a private entrepreneur (or register before the signing of an employment agreement). To be considered, the application has to be compiled in English and sent to the e-mail prsm@fsr.org.ua. The application should contain:
