The level of AH personnel competence was one of the topical issues at the expert round table meeting “Development of AHs in the Chernivtsi Oblast: needs, real practice and expertise”, held on the occasion of the Local Self-Governance Day. In particular, the discussion concerned starostas, their role and functions in the life of amalgamated hromadas. Oleksiy Hrushko, regional development adviser of the Chernivtsi separate unit of the Local Government Development Centre, shared his opinion on this issue.
