The first in Ukraine mobile ASC was presented in the Slavutska hromada of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast in December.
A special car, fully equipped for two administrators and three visitors, will provide more than 80 most necessary single-window services directly in rural settlements and villages.
The U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the hromada have implemented the model of administrative service provision in the “mobile office” format for the first time. Now the ASC employees will regularly visit the residents of remote settlements: 5 routes covering 20 settlements are envisaged weekly.
Due to the ASC on wheels, over 8,000 residents of the remote areas of the Slavutska hromada, including pensioners, women with children and people with disabilities, will receive high-quality and comfortable access to administrative services.
