On 11 January the experts of the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion of Ukraine, held a seminar in the urban-type settlement of Zakharivka, on the topic “Procedures of voluntary amalgamation into the Zakharivska AH with account of financial and other capabilities of the hromada”. The event was attended by the heads of the rayon council and rayon state administration, deputies of the rayon council, village and rural settlement councils, as well as representatives of executive committees.
