The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has found an optimal legal solution and is ready to begin the process of transferring land outside settlements to the ownership of amalgamated hromadas from February, said Volodymyr Groysman, Prime Minister of Ukraine.

“The amalgamated hromadas are now managing the territories within their settlements, but the heads of AHs raise the question on transferring the land outside the settlements to their management as well,” said the Head of Government. “We have found a solution, I am commissioning the State Land Cadastre Centre to transfer all the land to AHs.”

The Prime Minister explained that from February hromadas will be able to plan their territories.
