On 6 February, a round table on “Problems and Prospects for Strengthening the Tax Base of Local Budgets in the Context of Implementation of Local Self-Government Reform” was held at the Kharkiv Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion. The target audience of the event consisted of AHs of the oblast.

“Our main task is to change the minds of both local government officials and taxpayers,” said Diana Barynova, Director of the Kharkiv LGDC.
