The decentralisation reform was being discussed on the air of “Rhythm FM” radio station during the week. Joint project “Decentralisation wave” was implemented by the Rivne Local Government Development Centre and TV and Radio Company “Rhythm”. Ruslan Syvyi, director of the LGDC, and Kostyantyn Moklyak, director of the Department of Economic Development of the Oblast State Administration, summarised the results in the “Pryama Mova” (“Direct Speech”) TV Programme.
