MinRegion together with the U-LEAD with Europe Programme announced a competitive selection of regional experts / advisers in six directions:

The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine in partnership with U-LEAD with Europe: Ukraine – Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development Programme, co-funded by the European Union and its member states (Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Poland and Sweden) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Swedish International Development and Cooperation Agency (Sida), conduct a nationwide competition for the selection of experts to expert groups. These experts / advisers will work with appointments in different regions, providing counseling support for the implementation of the reform of local self-government, administrative and territorial structure, decentralisation of powers of the central executive authorities and the reform of the state regional policy.
