This year four amalgamated hromadas in the Odesa Oblast develop their strategic development plans. The Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, provides assistance in the development plans elaboration.

According to Viktor Bondaruk, regional development adviser of the Odesa LGDC, at the moment, strategies have been developed in the Berezivska urban, Vylkivska urban, Lymanska rural and Zatyshanska settlement AHs.
