The tenth hub school in the Donetsk Oblast was opened in the village of Shakhove, the administrative centre of the Shahivska rural amalgamated hromada.

About UAH 14 million were allocated from the oblast budget for reconstruction and re-equipment of the local school building. Another UAH 1.5 million were provided from the budget of the Shakhivska AH for landscaping of the territory of the educational institution. New furniture and equipment of classrooms cost a bit less than UAH 6 million.

From now on, there will be decent conditions for 196 pupils from nine hromada settlements to acquire education.

The school has now not only modern classrooms with all necessary equipment, but also a comfortable dining room and locker room with shower booths in the sport part of the school.

An open library space allowing to read books in informal environment is a peculiarity of the hub school in the Shakhovska AH.
