Another 179 AHs considered capable by the Government, - Hennadii Zubko

The Government recognised 179 hromadas, where the first elections took place on 29 October 2017, as well as hromadas formed around settlements, identified by the perspective plans for the formation of territories of hromadas of the oblast as AH administrative centres, as capable ones, announced Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.

“From now on, these hromadas can fully exercise their self-governing powers. This is also a possibility of voluntary accession to these AHs,” said Hennadii Zubko.

In particular, 19 AHs in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, 16 – in the Volyn Oblast, 14 – in the Cherkasy Oblast, 13 AHs in the Zhytomyr and Chernihiv Oblast each, 12 – in the Odesa Oblast, 11 – in the Vinnytsia Oblast, 10 – in the Poltava Oblast, 9 – in the Sumy Oblast, 8 AHs in the Ivano-Frankivsk and Kherson Oblast each, 7 – in the Zaporizhzhya and Kharkiv Oblast each, 6 – in the Kirovohrad, Lviv and Chernihiv Oblasts each, 5 – in the Rivne Oblast, 3 AHs – in the Luhansk and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts, 2 – in the Kyiv Oblast, and 1 AH in the Donetsk Oblast are considered capable.
