The territory of the Mykolayivska settlement amalgamated hromada of the Bilopillya Rayon of the Sumy Oblast covers almost 20 settlements, includes 7 starosta districts and unites over 10 thousand residents.

Besides improving and updating infrastructure, the AH invests many resources in the development projects on its territory.

About 27% of the AH budget funds are used to pay salaries of employees. 160 employees worked in the hromada structure after amalgamation, and now their number is 104, tells Ivan Ihnatyev, head of the Mykolayivska AH. The AH chose the method of strict shortlisting of specialists in order to avoid budget "eating". He says that people do not pay taxes for someone just to sit at the workplace and push paper.

The construction of the modern Administrative Service Centre in the centre of the urban-type settlement of Mykolayivka, with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, is on the homestretch.
