The implementation of the Oblast Targeted Social Programme for solving priority issues using the social order mechanism was discussed during the round table meeting with participation of Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, head of the apparatus of the Sumy Oblast State Administration, representatives of AHs, providers and consumers of social services. The event was held at the Sumy Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.

"Over the past year the mechanism of social order has shown that it is really fruitful and effective. Now it is necessary to implement it in AHs, it is very important for them, because AHs are now creating their executive bodies, budgets, and workplaces. And there are two ways to accomplish the state task: either to expand the personnel and allocate money for it or use this funds to purchase services," stressed Dmytro Zhyvytskyi.
