In March of 2018, a new Administrative Service Centre, which became the most energy efficient in Ukraine, was established in the settlement of Mykolayivka, the centre of the Mykolayivska AH of the Sumy Oblast. The ASC was built "]from the scratch in 5 months and 7 work places were created in the centre for administrators. Almost 100 types of administrative services, including the most popular in AHs, have become available to 10,000 hromada members.
