Experts of the Analytical and Legal Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion prepared methodical recommendations for operational planning and sample documents on the organisation of activity of AHs, where the first elections were held on 29 April 2018 (DOWNLOAD).
The publication is based upon experience of implementing decentralisation in Ukraine, takes into account mistakes, regional peculiarities, as well as activity of hromadas that amalgamated voluntarily in 2015-2017.
