Festivals, fairs and celebrations are always a great opportunity to invite guests and friends. Bright events attract tourists, they are retained in memory, cheer up and create a positive image of a village, town or city.

According to the Chernihiv Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, this year's list of summer festivals and fairs has been enriched with a youth festival in the Sosnytska hromada, historical festival in the Baturynska AH and an art fair in the Menska AH.

Thus, on May 26, the Sosnytska AH will hold the First Youth Cinema and Art Festival “Kapeliush”. The Menska AH decided to hold the traditional Trinity Fair this year during two days. A three-day festival "Shablya" in Baturyn will be the continuation of the best traditions of the Cossack festivity. It will be held from the 28^th to 30^th of June on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine.
