A master class for representatives of rural hromadas, which are just preparing for the establishment of an amalgamated hromada, has been held for the first time in Novopskov of the Luhansk Oblast.
The event took place in the villages of Velyka Chernihivka and Verkhnyobohdanivka of the Stanytsia Luhanska Rayon, at the initiative of the Luhansk Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
