On Thursday, 12 July, the Omelnytska amalgamated hromada presented a new tourist route of the green tourism cluster “Five Pearls of the Dnieper”, formed by the hromadas of the Kremenchuk Rayon of the Poltava Oblast for the joint development of the tourism industry.
The event took place in the village of Omelnyk at the initiative of the Poltava Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
“Our hromada hopes that this tourist route, which will operate in an organic combination with other tourist destinations of the green tourism cluster “Five Perls of the Dnieper”, will soon become popular both in Ukraine and abroad,” said Oleksandra Sheremetyeva, village head of the Omelnytska AH.

In the course of acquaintance with the new tourist route of the green tourism cluster “Five Perls of the Dnieper” the guests of the Omelnytska AH visited the Museum of Bread, the Museum of History and Ethnography, the art gallery named after Volodymyr Vernadskyi, and went along the “Ecological Path”, admiring the beauty of local landscapes.
