DESPRO project to take part in implementation of “Drinking Water” programme in Vinnytsia Oblast

The Swiss-Ukrainian project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO), in partnership with the Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration, will analyse the current status of granting loans for the development of water supply and sewage infrastructure in the oblast under the “Drinking Water” Programme, study foreign experience in implementing such credit programmes and conduct a series of seminars for local partners to introduce the best practices into the credit programme.
