The modernised Administrative Service Centre will ensure more efficient and operational provision of administrative and social services for over 14 000 residents of the Troyitska AH.

The overhaul of the premises and equipment of the ASC were carried out under the UNDP “Recovery and Peacebuilding” Programme with the financial support of the European Union.

Grant funds were also used to decorate the front office, purchase office furniture and equipment for 7 workplaces, arrange waiting zones, children's playcorner, archive room, boiler room, and install a server.
