The U-LEAD with Europe Programme’s support to improved administrative service delivery presented an updated website to follow the Roll-Out Phase, in particular the selection process and work with hromadas-participants.

• The hime page (https://tsnap.ulead.org.ua/en/) has an interactive map depicting the number of applications received and selected in each oblast, and hromadas for which the ToRs are being created. Information is available in terms of each round and oblast. Switching to the hromada webpage from the map, you can see the concise information about it and the ASC model to be implemented. There is also a chart with the key stages of the current rounds on the map.
• “Hromadas” section https://tsnap.ulead.org.ua/hromadas/ provides a complete list of hromadas that have submitted applications and have been selected to participate in the Programme. Due to filters, one can find a list of hromadas according to different criteria: oblast, round, hromada type, its status in terms of ASC establishment, etc. The most current filter today is Round 1 hromadas, for which the ToR is being created: https://goo.gl/qYWVN8. Starting from 1 September, the list of hromadas that have applied for Round 2 will be available.
• The home page features information on the types of assistance, provided by the Programme, areas of work and values ​​of the Programme. The “Library” section has all infographic materials on the ASC and Roll-Out Phase.
• One more novelty of the website is the “Stories” section, devoted to interesting facts and value aspect of administrative service delivery, and the “Team” page provides information and contact details of all our team experts: https://tsnap.ulead.org.ua/en/team/.

We kindly remind you that two weeks are left till the end of submission of applications for participation in Round 2 of the Roll-Out Phase! Round 2 invites hromadas from all regions of Ukraine.
