The registration for study visits to the specialised Administrative Service Centres, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, is opened.
Visits will be held to:
During the visit, the participants will see the work of the ASCs, established within the framework of the Inception Phase of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, learn more about the institutional mechanisms of ASC functioning and the key infrastructure features of the relevant ASCs. It is planned that representatives of different hromadas will exchange experience, as well as get consultations from leading Ukrainian experts in the field of administrative service delivery.
The participants of the visits may include representatives of the hromadas that take part, applied or are in the process of applying for participation in the Programme, as well as hromadas, interested in the ASC establishment, including in the hromadas of small cities.
Up to 2 hromada representatives (hromada head and ASC director) are invited to participate in the visit, and in case of joint ASC presence or establishment – up to 4 representatives (additionally RSA head and the head of the RSA ASC). Hromada representatives can participate in only one visit of the Programme.
The visits will take place in September – October 2018. Organisers cover travel costs between oblasts.
Attention: number of visits is limited. Registration is open till 10 September 2018.
Representatives of the Programme will contact the participants of the visit by 20 September 2018.
