On 20 August 2018, 25 administrative service delivery specialists from 11 hromadas of the Volyn Oblast took part in a study visit to the ASCs in the city of Ustyluh. The participants of the visits included the heads of hromadas, village councils, ASC specialists and municipal service experts.

On the same day, a similar visit of the representatives of seven hromadas of the Zhytomyr Oblast took place to the Irshansk ASC.

Stanislav Yushchyk, regional specialist of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, provided detailed description of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme’s support to improved administrative service delivery, conditions for participation in the Programme for obtaining assistance in ASC establishment and modernisation.
