Financiers of AHs of the Zhytomyr Oblast take over the experience of organising the budget process and preparing hromada’s high-quality estimate from the experts of the Zhytomyr City Council within the framework of the training "Sources of AH Local Filling", initiated by the Zhytomyr Local Government Development Centre.

Specialists of the Executive Committee of the Zhytomyr City Council have shared their experience in filling the revenue side of the budget, forming revenue sources of the general fund of AH budget by the personal income tax, clarifying the mechanisms of work with excise tax and other topics.
