First AH can appear in Ostroh Rayon
On 21 August, the Moshchanytsia and Velbivno village councils of the Ostroh Rayon, Rivne Oblast, sent their approved draft decisions on voluntary amalgamation of hromadas to the Rivne Oblast State Administration.
Both hromadas agreed to amalgamate into the Moshchanytska rural AH. From now on the OSA has 10 working days to check these documents in terms of their compliance with the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine.
