Deputies of the Pokrov City Council agreed to voluntary accession of the Sholokhove Village Council and creation of an urban amalgamated hromada with its centre in the city of oblast significance of Pokrov.

The voting took place on 27 August at the session of the Pokrov City Council. This is already the second city of oblast significance in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to give its consent to village councils’ accession, said Olena Tertyshna, Director of the Dnipropetrovsk Local Government Development Centre.
