It is very important to involve hromada in the decentralisation reform at the local level, and therefore, social activity of people should be developed at school.

Such an opinion was expressed by Halyna Vasylchenko, local development expert, chairman of the Public Centre “Business Initiatives”, during the Neighbouring Forum “ Experience Exchange”, which took place within the framework of the project “Hromada’s Engagement in Local Development – a Key to Future Effectiveness of Decentralisation Reforms”, created with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
