In September and October 2018, trainings in program-oriented budgeting will take place in all oblasts for the representatives of local finance authorities.

With the support of the European Union, the technical assistance project “EU for the Enhancement of the Financial System of Local Administrations” is implemented in Ukraine. The goal of the project is to ensure support for the reforms of public finance management at the local and regional levels in line with the Government’s strategy of public finance management. The beneficiary of the project is the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
