Institution LGDC is looking for a candidate to fill vacant position of the Chairman of the Management Board. All candidates, who meet the specified requirements, are invited to submit applications by 11 October 2018.
Key responsibilities: the Chairman of the Management Board ensures the proper management of the financial, personnel and material resources of the Institution LGDC, its 24 regional subdivisions to enhance the capacity of authorities and local self-government on the central, regional and local levels to implement regional policy and the decentralisation reform, improve local administrative service delivery in favour of citizens and in accordance with the rules and procedures, specified in the Agreement on financing of the Institution LGDC by the Ukrainian legislation, Constituent Act and the internal rules of the Institution LGDC. The Chairman of the Management Board acts as the main representative and speaker on behalf of the Board.
