Another original event was held by the participants of the Green Tourism Cluster “Five Pearls of the Dnieper”. Hromadas of the Kremenchuk Rayon showed a unique local analogue of Halloween celebration. “Pumpkin Fest” gathered all interested residents in the village of Checheleve (the Biletskivska hromada). It is this so far non-amalgamated hromada that in October 2017 signed intermunicipal cooperation agreement on the creation of a Communal institution “Green Tourism Cluster” with four amalgamated hromadas of Prydniprovya.

This time, a full-fledged event of “rest-at-home” format was carried out by the Biletskivka residents in a very creative way. Guests were entertained with a quest-competition for the preparation of traditional pumpkin porridge, a light show of pumpkin lights, decorated photo zones, open-fire dishes and excursions on tractor.

“Every hromada of this cluster is unique, and the main task for them now is to properly present their unique features in order to become attractive to tourists,” said Iryna Balybina, director of the Poltava LGDC.
