The Chernivtsi Local Government Development Centre hosted a training on the topic “Financial plan of primary healthcare provider. Financial management.” About 40 representatives of AHs, employed within the medical sector, took part in the event.
“There are no two identical models for the Primary Healthcare Centre. You need to get used to the fact that the background conditions, situation and staffing potential are different. That is why it is your responsibility and your opportunities, how you will develop,” said Nataliya Gusak, regional coordinator on healthcare reform in the Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk Oblasts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
The participants got acquainted with the peculiarities of planning of the activities of the communal non-profit enterprise, improved their skills in drawing up the annual financial plan of the enterprise, worked out the algorithm of its development and approval, considered some aspects of collective agreement’ conclusion. Then they discussed the task of the head of institution. For them, the emphasis is on a staff-friendly approach to budgeting format and continuous communication with employees.
