Decentralisation provided hromadas with significant managerial powers in various sectors. Hromadas are responsible for school education management on their territory as well.

The Swedish-Ukrainian project “Support to Decentralisation in Ukraine” has developed a unique practical training seminar “Modeling a capable school network in hromada” in the game format.

During the game, the participants go through all the key stages associated with the algorithm of capable school network optimisation and modeling. Such trainings are conducted by SKL International in cooperation with the Association of AHs and hromadas, where trainings take place.

The game is planned to be held in each oblast of Ukraine.

Six such trainings have already been conducted in the Kherson, Cherkasy, ​​Vinnytsia, Volyn, Chernihiv and Zhytomyr Jblasts.
