The Hlobynska amalgamated hromada is constantly one of the leaders in hromadas’ financial capacity rankings. The residents of Hlobyntsi had their first elections in October 2015. Since then, they have been showing a steady growth dynamics. 

At the beginning of this year the routes of communal transport covered all starosta districts of the hromada. The meaningful leisure of rural residents of the urban AH is also in focus. Stanislav Dzhush, head of the Hlobynska AH,  opened a renovated gym. A comfortable training room was located in a renovated building of the village of Ustymivka, Babychivka Starosta District.
