On 14 December, the Cinema Club and Youth Resource Centre were opened in the Halytsynivska hromada of the Mykolayiv Oblast. The projects were implemented within the framework of cooperation between the hromada and USAID DOBRE Programme.

The event was also attended by Barry Reed, DOBRE Programme Manager.

“A year and a half ago, when I first visited the Halytsynivska hromada, the only thing I knew about it was that there were active young people and a head who always supports them. It is extremely important to create conditions for the youth to stay in the hromada, have opportunities for development and feel part of one integral unit,” said Barry Reed.
