On 12 April 2019, the State Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Agency of Ukraine will organise the main event of the year in energy efficiency sector in the Parkovy Exhibition Centre – the Fifth Forum of Energy Efficient Partnership “Territorial Hromadas, State, Business: Transparent Investment Models”.

The Government introduced successful state energy efficiency mechanisms for households, budget institutions and hromadas. The experience of roll-out of such instruments needs to be widely implemented.

Therefore, this year the State Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Agency of Ukraine invites AHs as well as representatives of the ministries and departments to study and implement modern financial mechanisms for increasing energy efficiency.

Key topics of the Forum:

• State policy in the field of energy efficiency;
• Energy management – initiating energy efficiency in hromadas;
• From classic to advanced ESCO-partnership – new technology models and co-financing;
• ESCO and energy management at state facilities: first successes;
• Energy efficiency in the industry: funding sources for projects

The Forum will bring together over 600 participants from all over Ukraine: city mayors, heads of oblast and rayon administrations, AHs, as well as experts, specialised state organisations, international projects, representatives of industrial enterprises, domestic ESCO-companies.
