Today Cherkasy hosted a meeting of the interdepartmental oblast working group on the preparation of proposals on the administrative-territorial structure of the basic and rayon levels of the oblast. The event was attended by Yuriy Hanushchak, expert on local self-government reform. He presented an analysis of the current situation in the oblast regarding AH formation and a draft model for the administrative and territorial structure of the basic level of the Cherkasy Oblast, prepared by a group of experts on geoinformation monitoring of the decentralisation reform at MinRegion.
