Deputies of the Smyha settlement council adopted the Strategic Plan for the development of the primary healthcare link up to 2024. Such a strategic plan will be implemented for the first time in the Rivne Oblast. It will allow the hromada to plan further activities and improve the material and technical base of the AH nonprofit enterprise “Smyha Primary Healthcare Centre".

The strategy was prepared within the framework of the project “Strategic Planning in the Hromada Healthcare Sector” of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. Two strategic sessions were held with the participation of Vasyl Vysochansky, Programme coordinator for healthcare reform, and Valeriy Mikulich and Taras Mykytyn, advisers of the Rivne Local Government Development Centre.
