From tomorrow a broad discussion on the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of enshrining the results of the decentralisation reform as well as its irreversibility will be kicked off. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman.

"From tomorrow we begin to discuss changes to the Constitution in the part of local self-government. We are talking about to guard against returning to the old system.  We must eliminate all threats and make changes to the Constitution. We need to continue the reform and ensure leadership in this process. I see such leadership in the regions", Volodymyr Groysman underscored.
