The MinRegion’s Commission approved 2713 projects of amalgamated hromadas to be implemented with infrastructure subvention in 2019, totaling UAH 2,076 billion. UAH 23.5 million (1.1%) remain unallocated.

The largest share of unallocated subvention is in the Donetsk (8.3%) and Kyiv (6.1%) Oblasts. About 3% of unallocated subvention is in the Odesa, Sumy and Kherson Oblasts.

AHs in other oblasts have fully or almost by 100% allocated subvention among their projects.

UAH 1.16 billion (55.6%) of this year's subvention has already been transferred to AH budgets.

It should be mentioned that in 2019 UAH 2.1 billion were provided for the development of the AH infrastructure. This money was distributed between the budgets created in 2015-2018 by 806 amalgamated hromadas in proportion to the AH area of ​ and number of rural population in that hromada. That is, the more rural areas are united by the hromada, the more funds for infrastructure development it receives from the state budget.

In total, from 2016 to 2019 inclusive, the Government allocated UAH 6.5 billion to AHs for their infrastructure development: in 2016 – UAH 1 billion for 159 AHs, in 2017 – UAH 1.5 billion for 367 AHs, in 2018 – UAH 1.9 billion for 665 AHs, in 2019 the volume of subvention is UAH 2.1 billion.

In 2015-2018, amalgamated hromadas implemented 6380 projects at the expense of the infrastructure subvention.
