Proposals on amendments to the Constitution regarding decentralisation should be ready by 1 December, - Presidential Decree
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the Decree “On urgent measures for reforming and strengthening the state”.
The Decree states, in particular, that the Legal Reform Commission should, by 1 December 2019, submit to the President the proposals for amendments to the Constitution regarding decentralisation of power.
