On 9 December, the Mykolayivska AH, Petropavlivka Rayon, opened a new modern outpatient clinic in the village of Mykolayivka.

«Another proof of the benefits brought by the decentralisation reform to local self-government bodies, that amalgamated in capable hromadas, was demonstrated today by the Mykolayivska AH with the opening of the newly built Primary HealthCare Centre. The opening of the ASC, established by the Mykolayivska hroamda with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, is next in line. Keep it up!,” said Olena Tertyshna, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Office of U-LEAD with Europe.

“Viktor Odnoyevtsev, head of the hromada, initiated a decision on the establishment of the communal non-profit enterprise “Primary Healthcare Centre”. Considerable attention was paid to personnel formation and infrastructure improvement. Therefore, in April 2018, an application was submitted for the construction of a modern outpatient clinic, which today opened its doors to the first visitors,” said Olena Hladka, municipal services adviser of the Dnipropetrovsk RO.
