External enemy may well stay behind attempts to thwart hromadas’ amalgamation in multiethnic regions. Results of the research

Experts from the Association for Promoting Self-Organisation of the Population have proved that the ethnic factor has no decisive influence on the processes of hromadas’ amalgamation, instead it is actively used by the local politicians of the two regions of Ukraine to thwart the reform.
