All residents of Serhiivska AH (Poltava Oblast) understand that their hromada will be doomed if the number of its inhabitants does not increase. Therefore, they provide housing and transport means to physicians, police officers and teachers. Moreover, women are granted supplementary UAH 10,000 after childbirth.
