Late Friday 13, the social networks become agitated by the news about the draft law No2598 “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding Decentralization of Power)”, registered by the President of Ukraine in the Parliament. As soon as the draft law was published, some reporters started defending it, while the other started tearing it to pieces threatening sometimes with encroachment of power and perspective federalization. Reasonable expert comments also appeared soon. However, they simply faded in the flow of “betrayals” and “victories”.
