Certainly, it is good that there is pursuance to finalize the text of the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine as regards decentralisation (the draft law No2598). However, new corrections and proposals appeared in the updated text of the draft law. Therefore, the discussion is still being held. Taking this into consideration, the proposed amendments should be analysed in an impartial manner.
