Due to joint efforts of the Government, people’s deputies, associations of local self-government bodies, experts and scientists all necessary conditions must be created for 100% of Ukrainians to live in capable hromadas and obtain qualitative services.

It was claimed by Denys Shmyhal, the Vice Prime-Minister, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, during a round table entitled Topical Issues of Aim 10.3 Regulation of the Action Programme of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, held on Friday, February, 21 at the MinRegion.
