On February, 28 at 12:00 in Severodonetsk the Constitutional Provision of Decentralisation in Ukraine 2020 public discussion is to be held, involving representatives of the local self-government, line associations, experts and public representatives.

Among the event participants there is Denys Shmyhal, the Vice Prime-Minister, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and Andriy Klochko, the head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Organization of the State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning.
