On March, 03 the public consultations are to be held at the Parkovyi cultural and exhibition centre within a round table aimed at discussing amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of decentralisation.

Among the event participants there is the head of Kyiv oblast state administration Oleksiy Chernyshov, representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the government, representatives of the Office of the President of Ukraine, heads of Zhytomyr, Rivne, Chernihiv and Cherkasy oblast state administrations, associations of local self-government, international organizations and establishments, experts, representatives of AHs, public representatives.
