The Ukrainian Women Foundation in partnership with the National Democracy Institute (USA) announces admission to the Female Leadership Academy within the DOBRE Programme.

The organizers are looking for active women ready to work for their own hromada development, willing for positive changes but lacking confidence and a team. They are searching women having an idea but not knowing what to do with it.

The Female Leadership Academy is a 5-day online training, lasting for a month (4 hours per day within 5 days with breaks), supervisors’ support, Academy graduates’ project funding and the most important thing is professional acquaintances, self-development and opportunities of further experience exchange and networking with other female leaders and the Academy graduates.
