According to the Association of Ukrainian Cities, on September, 17, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed Law of Ukraine On Amending some Laws of Ukraine on Facilitating the Development of Physical Culture and Sports (bill № 3550).

Under the law, local self-government bodies are entitled to grant communal property on lease without an auction.

It is forbidden for enterprises, institutions and organizations, having obtained the state or communal property on lease without an auction, to conclude contracts on the property sublease.
